All Triade’s items have a manufacturer’s guarantee for 3 months after the invoice has been issued by the manufacturer who provided the product. Some products demand a level of knowledge and orientation so when applied it doesn’t damage the product. Read the instructions inside the packaging to avoid this type of damage.
In case the product is damaged because of bad application the guarantee won’t be applied even if it’s within the three months period given by the manufacturer.
To make the exchange of the product go to the auto parts shop where the item was purchased with the verse of the guarantee’s leaflet and explanation that comes with the product filled up and hand it to the clerk. He will provide you with another model of the same product for the exchange to be done.
